The British seaside has long served as a source of creative inspiration, capturing the imaginations of artists, writers, and travellers alike. Red Buoy 1 is a contemporary abstraction that brings to life the movement, colours, and energy of the Brighton coastline in England. Created by Laura Waldusky, this piece channels the beauty and power of the coastal landscape where cliffs meet the sea, and where air and water are in a constant dance of motion and change. This piece is a diptych and a mate to Red Buoy 2 where the two parts may be merged to create a singular statement or purchased separately. If they end up in different parts of the world, might they be reunited one day?
